I can’t believe we’re midway through September already!  The children are all back at school, but we’re still seeing lots of visitors here in Cornwall enjoying the end of the summer in our lovely county. This weekend was so gorgeous, my sister, niece and I all swam in the sea (without wetsuits!!!)

At this time of year when my children were younger & were just back at school, I’d always begin my Christmas projects, whether it was for Craft Fairs or Christmas presents, so as you can imagine, in the shop we’ve been very busy getting lots of Christmas kits together using all the lovely new Christmas fabrics.

We’ve had deliveries in each week, including a big order of the Japanese made Tulip needles, some fun fabrics, as well as new patterns.

Our Autumn and Christmas workshops are just beginning, so have a browse through to see what you’d like to sign up for. 

Our annual Sew Saturday Event is on Saturday 5th October, offering “Make & Take” sessions with Mary, Discounts & Special Offers, & Charity Raffle.  It’s always a fun day & we hope you’ll be able to join us!

Christmas in July is in full swing with so many of you coming to see & buy our lovely Christmas fabrics, patterns, panels, buttons & books for 2018.  If you haven’t already been, pop down & have a look.  There’s lots of lovely samples of our Christmas workshop projects on display.

We’re thrilled to say that our Kaffe Fassett fabrics have arrived!  With a selection across the colours of a rainbow, these beautiful fabrics are sure to lift anyone’s spirits.

Welcome to Our New Website

As you’re welcomed to our new HOME page you can see large sliding photos of our shop and the latest lovely fabrics that are in stock.  Most of these photos are “clickable”, taking you to the products.  At the top of the page you can select SHOP to go shopping or scroll down the page to select a category you’d like to look at, there’s also a quick glance at “DIARY DATES”.  At the bottom each page you can sign up to our e-newsletters & click on our social media links: Facebook, Instagram, Twitter.  DELIVERY DETAILS & LINKS are also found here.

Now the new website is live, we will be working our way through it, improving the quality of the photos as we now have larger photos.

Our new website gives you the opportuntiy to create WISHLISTS by clicking on the little hearts on the top right-hand corner of each product.  The Wishlists can be both private or you can select to share your wishlist with friends & family.

At the top of each page is WORKSHOPS.  If you click on this you can view our Workshops month-by-month, as a list, or individually.  If you look at the month-by-month view, use your mouse to hover over a date with a workshop on, & you’ll see a brief description & a photo pop up.  You can click on each date to see more detail & a larger photo.  Call the shop if you’d like to book on our lovely workshops 01872-870478.
