Delivery Times
Many of our orders are for fabric cut to our customers’ specific requirements. Please allow 3-5 days for processing and a further 2-3 days for delivery if you select our standard service.
First & Second Class Service
We aim to despatch the same business day (Monday to Friday) for orders received before 11a.m. and the next business day for orders received after 11a.m. for both these services. Although we get our post to the Post Office the same day, living in a rural area, sometimes the post has already been collected, so it would go the next day. If you choose first class, we make a special trip to the post office early enough to catch the post. Services are subject to product availability and weight and/or size restrictions on some products.
Orders for a large selection of fabric cut to order may take longer to process but we will advise you in this case. It is important that you provide a daytime telephone number so that we can contact you if we need to discuss delivery of your order.
We use Royal Mail or a similar service.
If you require a parcel urgently, please call the shop and we will do our best to arrange a priority delivery at an extra cost – 01872-870478

Postal Insurance
We will automatically insure your parcel when the value of the goods is over £36.
Lost Parcel?
We always get proof of posting when posting out your items, therefore in the unfortunate event that a parcel does get lost along the way, we have everything we need to get to the bottom of it!
The Royal Mail do not consider a parcel lost in the UK until 15 working days have elapsed & 25 days when posting internationally. However we really want you to be happy with your purchase so please, PLEASE contact us if you believe the item is missing and we’ll do everything we can to resolve the issue.
