This Ella Purse basic Kit is a simple little easy to make purse using the traditional “English Paper Piecing” method & comes complete with Hexiform leave-in hexagons. It’s the perfect little purse to pop your glasses or phone in, or as a little clutch bag.

Kit contains: Hexiform Pre-cut shapes, Freezer Paper & Wadding, Instructions, Popper

You will need fabric for:
Purse Lining fabric 14″ x 6 1/2″
Outer fabric: eleven 1 1/2″ fabric hexagons, six 5 1/2″ x 3 1/2″ fabric pieces for extended hexagon shapes.
Thread to hand stitch with (we recommend Aurifil 80 weight )
Hexiform is an alternative to the paper or card that is usually used in ‘English Paper Piecing’.
Unlike paper or card, Hexiform is not removed – it remains in place to give quality form and finish.
Hexiform is fully washable, so there is no problem leaving it in.
The measurement is the side-length of the hexagon shapes – never side-to-side or point-to-point.
