Mrs Hen Needlecase pattern and fabric pack

This lovely pattern has been designed by Lynette Anderson.  It’s summertime in the orchard and the busy bees are everywhere. Mrs Hen and her sister are keeping an eye on the mischievous bees to make sure they are not eating all the honey! Lynette has combined simple stitchery with some sweet applique to create this lovely needlecase and scissor holder.

Included is the pattern and the fabric for both projects.

Lynette uses Bee Buttons for the embellishment.

You will also need some embroidery threads, general sewing essentials, small pieces of firm batting or wadding, Bondaweb, stitchery stabiliser and a fine tipped marking pen. 

Suggested DMC threads are 221 red, 224 soft pink, 938 dark brown, 926 country blue, 3740 aubergine, 3012 soft green, 3799 charcoal, 729 old gold
