A beautiful selection of Mandy Shaw Redwork fabric, panel, bunting tape, ric rac, and pattern to make delightful festive bunting.
Each pack contains a panel, 16 x fat 1/8ths of Mandy Shaw fabric, ric rac and tape, 75cm of binding fabric and 35cm of fabric for a patterned tape.
From the pack you are able to make a long bunting garland using the 10 large images on the panel plus a stocking garland using the large and small stocking images. These can be combined into a mixed stocking garland or used as two separate ones, or you could make the stockings individually to hang on your tree.
For our shop sample of the larger bunting we layered the image onto the background fabric with bondaweb, added wadding behind and then hand embroidered through these layers using Cotton perle 8 in colour 816. This makes the redwork images stand out more, and some were also embellished with buttons. Then the backing is added and the binding. Instructions are given here on our blog.
