Garden Stitches – Sewing Folder & Notebook Cover by Gail Pan

A brand new pattern from Gail Pan to create a sewing folder and a notebook or journal cover..

They are approximately A5 closed and 6″ x 8 1/2″

We have a fabric pack available HERE that is enough to make both items.

If you prefer to choose your own fabrics then you will need –

FOR EACH PROJECT

21″ x 10″  white linen

4″ x 6″ cream stitchery background

Assorted fabric scraps for the red or blue rectangles

13″ x 12″ red fabric for the sewing folder pocket

13″ x 9″ lining fabric

2 x green fabrics and 1 x blue fabric for the applique (1/16 of each)

1 fat 1/4 lining fabric

65cm x 25cm (25″ x 10″) wadding

Embellishments including buttons, lace, ric rac, tape measure ribbon etc

26″ ribbon for the folder

1 A5 notebook for the journal cover

Perle 8 ecru for quilting
