Chateau de Chantilly by French General

French General always bring out delicious fabric ranges to tempt us all. This collection contains their signature florals in faded reds, greys and ochres.

Chateau de Chantilly is a sweet collection of florals and small prints all found in an old chateau in the South of France. Sometimes on their French Getaway retreat, the folk behind French General are lucky enough to get an invitation to a private vide grenier – a clearing of the attic. When the stars are aligned, they often find a trunk full of 18th and 19th century French scraps that are perfect for their fabric collections and quilt designs. Bright shades of rouge, clay, pearl, tea and roche are combined to make a classic French palette with a fresh, modern appeal.

As well as the fabrics we also have a few patterns for their Sampler Quilt Pattern and the accompanying fabric pack. There is limited availability of both items.

Mary Ellen's Best Press A clear, crisp spray which makes ironing easier.
Wool Pressing matsWool has many properties that make it perfect for even pressing on any fabric type, it does not melt or burn and absorbs moisture. These mats are in three sizes and ideal for smaller craft rooms and are easily portable.

We now have the full range of Magic Pins in stock. Their easy grip heads make pinning a breeze.
Ambidex Scissors As their name suggests these clever scissors are ambidextrous, so they are perfect for left and right handed people & fit small & large hands.
Fusible Batting Seam Tape is an easy, neat and convenient way to join pieces of wadding together.
Birdie Bird Batting or Wadding has proved popular with everyone who has used it recently. A layer of 100% cotton wadding is attached to a layer of 100% cotton flannel, creating a single product that eliminates the need for any gluing, pinning or basting.
