New Kits, Fabrics & Patterns
Good morning. How are you this week? All is good here. We had a lovely day seeing familiar faces at the Sewing Get Together on Wednesday. It was so uplifting to see everyone sewing and chatting and there may have been delicious cake too. A lot of customers also popped in to browse the mobile shop and catch up with news. We have another pop up shop next Wednesday so if you are in the vicinity it would be amazing to see you. We will be in Porthleven Public Hall from 10am - 2pm.

Now the sewing day is passed, Mary has released her Easter wall hanging pattern to buy. It was lovely to see so many different colour variations being made on the sewing day. It is a good way to use scraps, which Mary does love to do. Regularly utilising the tiniest pieces in her projects. You could use our Spring fabrics or scrap bags for yours.

Thank you to everyone who contacted us this week with ideas for a name for our new Corinne Lapierre Librarian Mouse. We had a lot of fun reading them all and it was hard to choose a winner, but we are pleased to announce that Angela won with the name Paige. We thought it was an apt name for a mouse working with books.

We are excitedly awaiting the arrival of the new range of fabric from Anni Downs of Hatched and Patched. Slow and Steady is gorgeous and comes with a preprinted stitchery panel as well as a fabric panel in two colourways. Place your name on the waitlist for any of the products and you will be notified as soon as they are in and ready to send out. They are enroute from Australia so we don't have a definite delivery day yet but it is good to know that it is nearly here.
|
Other boxes have arrived though. One from Alice Caroline, and we have been busy creating coordinating Aurifil thread packs for the kits and our other Liberty fabrics. The other box contained Homespun and Inspirations magazines. Both filled with great projects.

Thank you for your continuing support of our business. We love seeing familiar names, as well as new customers, pop up each day on our order system. We especially like connecting in person or on the phone with you all, helping you to get exactly the products you need for a specific job. We are always happy to assist. We work part time, sometimes from home, so if we don't get back to you immediately, rest assured we will as soon as we can. You are important to us.
