Bank Holiday Offer
Hello and how are you this week? We are ticking along at the shop. As ever, there are boxes to open, stock to rehome, stock to order, kits to make, orders to fulfill and our beautiful customers to assist and chat with. We love our connections to all who call or visit. Some customers pop in while on holiday, making us their first or last port of call while here. Locals share their news with us and each other in the regular groups and in workshops. When there is a common love of sewing then everything else seems to flow naturally.

The main delivery has been a second box of wooden buttons and kits from The Bee Company in France. We are waiting for more to arrive but we have got some beautiful additions to our range and the return of old favourites including the caravan plaques.

As we have looked at Christmas in the last two newsletters, we thought it was nice to glimpse more Summery ranges this week to balance things out. Lots of seaside fabrics, patterns and buttons to be found if you're not quite ready to prepare ahead for Christmas.

To celebrate a long weekend we have 10% off across the shop from Friday 23rd August to the end of Monday 26th August. Just click on the AUG2410 button at the online checkout or remind us at the till in the shop. The discount applies to all items in the shop, including Sale, but excludes Gift Vouchers and Workshops/groups. Why not grab a bargain or bargains to keep you busy over the coming weeks and months. The Bank Holiday means we are closed on Sunday 25th and Monday 26th but any orders will be processed first thing on Tuesday so we won't keep you waiting too long.

What a delight it was to open the box of buttons this week to see these beauties before us. Such attention to detail in all of The Bee Company designs. Most of the packets come with a background design that can be copied and used for creating your own picture. Look at the new Cosy kits below. Available as a kit with frame, buttons, fabric and threads or separately to use how you wish.

Christmas is even covered. These are great packs to make festive bunting simply but effectively, teamed with the red snow globe frame too for a quick festive decoration.

We have a large variety of discounted products including kits, fabric by the fat 1/4 or long 1/4, bulk buy items like bunting tape by the roll plus end of roll fabrics which are often the last pieces of certain fabrics that are not replaceable. Coupled with the 10% off over this weekend there are some great bargains to be had.

These photos conjure up the epitome of nautical life. Lots of red, white and blue; boats, starfish, whales and shells. The Tilda cotton beach fabrics are on sale too so extra savings with the 10% discount. Making them £2.70 a fat or long 1/4 or £10.80m!

We are closed for the August Bank Holiday, Monday 26th. We are open Saturday 24th and reopen again on Tuesday 27th August. Any orders will be processed as soon as we can. Don't forget the 10% discount runs until midnight on Monday night.
