May Bargains
Good morning. Another Bank Holiday, another chance to grab some bargains. Until midnight on Monday 27th May we have 10% off across the shop and website, excluding Sale items, workshops and gift vouchers but everything else, including new ranges, books and large kits and patterns, is eligible for the discount. The discount applies both in the shop and online.

This week has seen our large selection of woolfelt replenished. It is always so nice to see this arrive as the quality is so much nicer than the cheaper acrylic felt sheets. It holds shape well and does not stretch or fray. Perfect for so many projects.

We have just unpacked Harvest Minis, an autumnal range with leaves, apples and pumpkins. We know we are only just in Spring heading to Summer but it's always good to get organised!

We completely sold out of the 12 Days of Christmas panels last week but have managed to secure the last two bolts in the suppliers warehouse, so there's more on the way.
|
Whatever you are doing over the Bank Holiday, have a great weekend and week ahead. Let's hope it's an opportunity to enjoy time outside with loved ones.

Our woolfelt is a soft and rich blend of wool and rayon making it a delight to work with. It is the perfect material to use for making Luna Lapin and friends as well as our Funky Felt Chickens, Mouse in a Stocking and plenty of Hatched and Patched patterns.

We have several new fabric ranges arriving over the next few weeks so we have been busy collecting end of roll bargains for you. They all have a large discount applied and in most cases there is only one piece of the fabric so once it's gone, it's gone. We have bargains across various ranges including Christmas, Tilda, Kaffe Fassett and others. There are over 80 end of rolls online plus more to add and some in store only bargains.

You have just enough time today, Saturday 25th May, to pop to the shop as we have some ex display and demonstration Singer Sewing machines. They have been thoroughly checked and are in full working order. They have been lightly used and are offered as seen and with a significant discount on the full retail price. We have kept them as in person only sales so that you can try them to find the right one for you.

We also have ex display baskets, mini ironing boards and samples available to buy in the shop, so pop in and grab a bargain.

Our lovely friend Fee is part of the Helford Artists Collective and they are participating in Open Studios Cornwall this year.
|
|
The Helford Artists Collective are all opening their studios around the village of Mawnan Smith. Sue Spence is a textile artist, specialising in hand embroidery, Fee practices various textile crafts, inspired by the seasons, there is also a collage artist and painters. The dates their studios are open Saturday 25 May- Sunday 2 June, closed on The Tuesday and Wednesday of that week.
