Change and Continuity -
Hello to you all. We hope that you have had a good week. We have been very busy in the shop and behind the scenes, and you will be pleased to know that we finally have some definitive news for you all after a lengthy period of uncertainty.
|
We had secured a buyer for the website but this week she had a change of heart. We have taken this as a sign to rethink our future plans. Sally has decided to now opt for semi retirement for the foreseeable future. This means that the physical shop in Cornwall will close on Saturday 14th June. This will be our last day of in person trading. However, going forward, we will be continuing as an online business only from alternative premises.

Although we will miss seeing all our local customers in the shop we feel that this is a best fit for everyone. It means we can continue to have contact with all of you while Sally still gets some much needed and deserved down time. We will operate the website ourselves and be able to answer email and phone queries for those of you who prefer not to buy online or need a little advice. As we will be working part-time, you may have to leave a message, but we will get back to you as soon as we can.
There will still be a newsletter so you will continue to get weekly updates with new products and inspiration in your inbox. We are making plans for the future, to hold workshops locally, with pop up shops.

As we prepare to move our stock to the new premises, we have some new offers to share. All are detailed below. The Sunny Days bunting pictured right, bottom right with the scalloped flags, was made by the girls in the shop & we have agreed to sell it for £25 in aid of a local charity Children's Hospice South West.
